Job Overview: 

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, print media, and a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns. Experience of working within a confidential environment is essential. The role requires someone who has the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client expectations efficiently. This position offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work both from our Downton office and remotely. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all marketing account needs. 

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on print media. 

Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. 

Develop detailed project schedules, track progress, and ensure milestones are met. 

Prepare and deliver reports to clients, showcasing campaign performance and providing recommendations for future success. 

Maintain confidentiality at all times, managing sensitive information in accordance with company and client policies. 

Provide expert advice on marketing strategies and campaign execution to both clients and internal teams. 

Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and client expectations. 

 

Qualifications & Experience: 

Proven experience as a Marketing Account Manager or in a similar role, ideally with a focus on print media. 

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

A solid track record of successful marketing campaigns, with a focus on measurable results. 

Experience in a confidential working environment and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. 

Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and teams. 

Proficient in using project management tools and software. 

Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and manage your schedule effectively. 

Desirable Skills: 

Experience with digital marketing is a plus. 

Knowledge of creative software (Adobe Suite, etc.) is advantageous. 

Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
